The Best Contractor to Do the Job

Home Improvement Contract
This contract is in the best will and intrest of both client and contractor. This document is not valid till both parties have signed upon agreement, it will signify that there was an agreement with the total amount, hours, any changes that may occur, the type of work expected to be acheived, and that both parties are aware of any information expected out of said agreement. This document is to be filled out by both client and contractor with all information and documents asked to be presented upon turning in the document. Failure to do so will make the contract invalid. This is foremost an application for applying for the job that the client is offering. She/he has the authority over the contract and any other contract like this to accept or decline. Once the contract is signed by both parties the contract serves as a guideline of what is expected for the job, failure to do so will give the client a right to stop work, stop payment, and/or request the return of payment on any platform of work not completed recognized by the state of the client's residency.
